Group Pricing Manager

Your tasks

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
  • Responsible for shaping and implementing CBME pricing vision and implement CBME pricing policy.
  • Leads, inspires and ensures business participation in Wienerberger’s pricing roadmap at group level and on national level.
  • Manages a dedicated Pricing Team made up of a group pricing analyst and regional pricing coordinators.
  • Defines and  maintains pricing standards, methodologies and practices based on learnings from pilot countries and ensures anchoring thereof in tooling and systems.
  • Designs and delivers pricing competency training for key stakeholders and the pricing team.
  • Sets agenda for and facilitates executive and other stakeholder meetings on pricing strategy.
  • Sets up performance metrics and reporting capability for pricing related activities across the organization (together with group pricing analyst).
  • Overall program management of all inter-  national pricing projects including coordination of external partners.
  • Development of value drivers and harmonization across local organizations in conjunction with corporate product management.
  • Alignment of pricing-related topics between the CBME Services, esp. Product management – Marketing  Communication – Strategic Sales

Your profile

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
 
  • Minimum Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Pricing management and/or Strategic consulting
  • People management experience
  • Change management experience
  • Project management experience
  • IT affinity and knowledge:
    • Expertise in Excel (Access, SQL, VBA is a plus)
    • Experience with BI/BO software (SAP BI/BO & QlikSense environment is a plus)
    • Experience with ERP & CRM systems (SAP environment is a plus
  • Personal skills:
    • Leadership skills: driving change & building trust.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience in the Building industry is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to support regional pricing projects.
