Changes at Wienerberger's Shareholder Structure

Vienna, October 27, 2010 – Wienerberger AG has received an announcement in accordance with § 91 Par. 1 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act concerning a change in the number of Wienerberger shares owned BZ WBK AIB Asset Management S.A. based in Poland. As of October 25, 2010, BZ WBK AIB Asset Management S.A. reported a holding of 5,937,438 shares, or 5.05% of issued share capital in Wienerberger AG allocated in her affiliated company BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.
