    Pursuant to Section 135 (1) of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Wienerberger AG gives notice that the total number of voting rights for Wienerberger AG amounts to 115,187,982 and the total share capital of Wienerberger AG amounts to EUR 115,187,982 as at the end of February 2020.

    The change in the total number of voting rights and in the share capital entailed by the redemption of a total of 1,163,514 own shares became effective as at February 18, 2020.
