Claudia Hajdinyak: New Head of Corporate Communications at Wienerberger

14. April 2020

On April 1, 2020, Claudia Hajdinyak (48) assumed responsibility for the Wienerberger Group’s corporate communications at global level. In her function as Head of Corporate Communications, she is in charge of all internal and external communications by the leading provider of building material and infrastructure solutions, reporting directly to Heimo Scheuch, Chairman of the Managing Board of Wienerberger AG.

Claudia Hajdinyak takes over from Barbara Grohs, who left the company at her own request and by mutual agreement at the end of March and will continue to support the Managing Board of Wienerberger AG in an advisory capacity. Commenting on this change, Heimo Scheuch notes:

Our objective is to further advance the way Wienerberger AG presents itself and communicates with the world around us. Claudia Hajdinyak, who looks back on many years of professional experience in both internal and external communication, will play a major role in designing and managing these processes. I would like to thank Barbara Grohs, who left the company at her own request, most cordially for her commitment and her valuable work. With Ms. Hajdinyak as her successor, we are happy to have an experienced and successful communication expert on board at Wienerberger AG. Our main emphasis will be on positioning Wienerberger even more strongly in the media and in relation to our stakeholders. At the same time, we intend to professionalize and digitalize our communication processes, thus conveying an even stronger message of our successes and innovations to all stakeholders.
